Terms of Service.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

DeziLabs provides web and application development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Technical consulting
• Website maintenance and support
• API development and integration

All projects are subject to the following terms:

• Project scope and deliverables will be defined in a separate agreement
• Timeline and milestones will be mutually agreed upon
• Payment terms and schedule will be specified in the project agreement
• Changes to project scope may affect timeline and cost
• Final deliverables are subject to client approval

Our client referral program operates under these terms:

• The reward amount and payment timing are agreed with the referrer in writing
• Referral must be a new client to DeziLabs
• Referrer must be identified before project agreement
• Multiple referrals are allowed and eligible for rewards

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

• Client retains ownership of their original content and materials
• Upon full payment, client receives ownership of final deliverables
• We retain ownership of pre-existing materials and tools
• We may use non-confidential project details in our portfolio
• Third-party materials (e.g., stock photos, libraries) are subject to their respective licenses

Our standard payment terms include:

• Initial deposit required to commence work
• Milestone payments as defined in project agreement
• Final payment due before release of deliverables
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client business information
• Project details and specifications
• Proprietary technology and processes
• Financial information
• User data and personal information

DeziLabs shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss or security breaches beyond our control
• Third-party service disruptions
• Force majeure events
• Client-caused delays or issues

Either party may terminate services:

• With written notice as specified in the project agreement
• For material breach of these terms
• For non-payment of fees
• By mutual agreement

Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
